University Catering

We are pleased to be able to offer a full repertoire of catering services as part of our Campus Dining Program. From simple parties and bountiful buffets, to elaborate dinners and elegant events, our Catering Department can be the solution to your special event needs.

This year, we have created seasonal newsletters and newsflashes to our website showcasing great tasting menu ideas that are available for any event. The menu items are reflective of the great flavors of food available during the season, and they are designed to offer you a change of pace from our regular catering menus.
